Delivery Charges We want to offer our customers the lowest possible delivery prices. We are not one of those companies that load their prices to give cheap delivery. We do subsidise delivery to a modest extent, thus allowing us to remain competitive. Price includes cost of packaging and postage materials.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland address (except Offshore and Scottish Highlands)
Other UK Locations will be charged at the current applicable rate and you will be notified after you place an order which may require additional postage being charged seperately

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment via our online payment provider. Currently we only accept orders from within the UK Mainland.
When confirmation of order and payment is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will also only ship ordered items to the cardholders address.
We ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation. In the event that your card is refused, we will e-mail you and ask you to supply another card or to contact your bank to arrange clearance.
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch the same day, Please allow upto 24 hours for order processing. Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 working days of your order being confirmed.
Please note we use a ‘signed for’ postal service or courier service, we are unable to leave items in porches, left on doorstep etc. Once an item has been ‘signed for’ we do not accept any liability for ‘missing parcels’. We are able to track delivery and signatures via our postal partners.
We will not be liable for additional postage costs should you require redelivery in the event that our postal partners are unable to deliver after unsuccessful attempts. We will issue a new invoice for additional delivery charges (currently £10) and payment is required in full before redelivery is attempted. Please ensure a suitable person is around to accept delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card details are handled by our payment service providers, All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. None of your details are held in clear text on any ProtectSun Ltd web site.
Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned WITHIN 14 (FOURTEEN) days of original order date for a full refund of the items purchase price (Postage & Packaging is not refunded).
Before returning any items you are required to contact us to advise us of your decision. We would prefer to discuss any issue you may have with a product as these may be sorted with a quick discussion. The product must be in its unused original new condition with all tags attached and include all original paperwork and packaging materials, items returned after 14 days or with defaced/ripped tags and those without tags will be deemed damaged and we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or make a restocking charge of 15%.
We are unable to refund damaged or used items. We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations on the site. This is not a ProtectSun error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs. Please note special care should be taken not to ‘force’ joints when packing the tents away or use in high winds, We will not be liable for refunding for damaged items in these instances.
All costs for returning items ordered are at your own expense, except in instances of an error on our part. Returned goods are the customer’s responsibility until received by ProtectSun and as such we will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged. You are strongly advised to request and keep a proof of posting certificate or send via a suitable recorded/tracked delivery service. We can advise on suitable couriers for the return of larger tents.

Promotion, Offers and Discounts During the year we may offer customers discount codes, vouchers or product discounts. We totally reserve the right to remove these offers at our discretion should we feel that we are receiving an unprecedented increase in sales or that these discount codes, vouchers or product discounts are being abused. We also reserve the right to reject any order the we feel has been generated by any discount codes, vouchers or product discounts being made publicly available on forums, blogs or social engineering websites. ProtectSun reserves the right to reject the use of a Voucher where fraud is suspected.
During these periods when discount codes, vouchers or product discounts are being made available delivery times may increase. Please be aware that special arrangements may be required to obtain stock prior to dispatch. We endevour to keep your delivery times to an absolute minimum where possible.
All terms and conditions contained on this website are subject to change without prior notice. You are advised to read through them carefully as you will be requested to agree to them when making all purchases.
